LIFE COACHING WITH NICK ALDRIDGE

Our outer world reflects our inner world.
While we can’t always bully the outer world into the shape we want it to be, when we start to change ourselves, the rest of our lives often begins to shift with surprising speed.’

I work with people going through transitions in life.

Starting something new. Ending an old cycle. Changing direction. Adapting to a new stage of life.

Sometimes these changes come slowly. Sometimes they arrive as crisis: complete stuckness, the rug pulled out from under you, a loss of direction, or a sense that you’ve hit a ceiling in something that once worked.

Whether you’re navigating breakdown or breakthrough, the work is often the same.
To get new results, you have to become someone new.
And, paradoxically, the person you need to become is usually more yourself.

My work is psychologically informed, practical, and deeply human.

While my early training was rooted in NLP, my approach today integrates tools from long-form coaching, deep process work, embodied awareness, mindfulness, martial arts, and the mind–body connection.

Rather than forcing change through willpower or “positive thinking,” we work to identify and gently dismantle the beliefs, patterns, and self-stories that quietly shape how you relate to yourself and the world.

This work is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about recognising what’s no longer true, and making space for something more honest to emerge.

Much of my work is informed by lived experience.

Years of observing people through photography.
Over two decades running a creative business.
A lifetime of martial arts, meditation, and yoga.
And the harder teachers: divorce, conflict, addiction recovery, parenting, trauma, and learning to rebuild a life after serious injury.

I don’t bring these experiences into the work as stories to centre myself, but as a deep respect for how complex and fragile change can be. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure who you’re becoming or where you’re going. And I know that real change rarely comes from being pushed or shamed.

My role is to help you see the strengths and possibilities that are already there, and to offer the structure, perspective, and support needed to move forward with clarity and integrity.

Offerings

One-on-One Coaching

I offer individual coaching for people who are ready to engage honestly with change.
The work is practical, reflective, and responsive rather than formulaic. Some people come for short-term clarity, others stay longer as the work deepens.

We’ll talk together about which option fits best. There’s no expectation to choose upfront.

Strategy Session

90-minute once-off session

A focused, high-level session offering clarity, perspective, and orientation.

This is a good option if you want to step back, understand what’s really happening in your life, identify recurring patterns, and leave with a clear short-term plan without committing to ongoing coaching.

Includes a brief follow-up message and suggested resources.

Investment: R1 600

Wake Up

3 sessions

A short, insight-heavy coaching container designed to interrupt stuck patterns and create rapid clarity.

This work is often catalytic. We focus on what’s really going on beneath the surface, identify the beliefs or dynamics that are holding you in place, and create enough structure and perspective for something new to emerge.

Wake Up is not a “lighter” version of coaching. It’s concentrated, focused work that suits moments of transition, confusion, or pressure.

Investment: R3 150
(R1 050 per session)

Tune Up

8 sessions

This is the core coaching container where most meaningful and sustained change tends to happen.

Over the course of our work, we build structure, explore patterns, and integrate insight into daily life. The process is non-linear and adapts as things shift, but typically includes a deeper pattern or belief exploration alongside practical support with habits, routines, and decision-making.

This option suits people who want continuity, depth, and real integration rather than a quick fix.

Investment: R7 600
(R7 200 when booked upfront)

Level Up

Longer-term coaching

For people who want to work together over an extended period of time, often during significant life transitions or periods of reorientation.

This work is slower, more spacious, and allows for deeper integration across areas such as work, health, relationships, creativity, and direction.

Details, pacing, and investment are discussed individually.

Additional Support

Light WhatsApp accountability and check-ins are available by arrangement for clients who want support between sessions.
