The incredible Mr Bones was one of the most terrifying and beautiful creatures I’ve ever encountered. A very endangered Cape Vulture, he was hand reared by Dennis Robson. We built a studio in the field at Radical Raptors in Plettenberg Bay and he flew through our lighting set up to capture these studio images of an animal that is the closest thing I’ve ever seen to a dragon.
